E-mail Print PDF

Founded in 2002 by Producer, Artistic Director, Writer and Teacher of Performance Studies, Valerie Doulton, The Live Literature Company is dedicated to communicating the literary and artistic heritage of the world through performances of excellence at a price affordable for everyone.  The company, also on occasion gives free performances.

Their inuaugral performance was of BYRON IN LOVE in the room where Byron met Lady Caroline Lamb, thus re-creating history.  This production toured Internationally to Verona, and again recreated history in Summer 2009, when performances were given at The Monserrate Palace, Sintra, Portugal, 200 years after Byron's visit there.  Other International work includes FIRST LOVE by Samuel Beckett for The International Beckett Festival, Berlin.
